Lots of them. From puppy cuddles at your next celebration to behind-the-scenes tours of our campus to fundraising support that makes giving back easy, Paws Around Town is your starting point for partnering with us out in the community.

And here’s the best part: every experience on this page directly supports our lifesaving work. The animals get socialization, exposure, and a chance to meet their future families. The shelter gets resources to keep doing what we do. You get something memorable. Everyone wins!

Paws and Play Experience

Picture this: puppies in your conference room.

Paws & Play brings adoptable shelter animals to your workplace for two hours of tail wags, cuddles, and the kind of team bonding that actually works. It’s stress relief, morale boost, and genuinely good fun… all while giving our animals valuable socialization time outside the shelter. It’s team building only WAY BETTER!

Each visit features up to three puppies or kittens, handpicked by our team based on who’s ready for an adventure (and who could use the field trip). Prefer a calmer vibe? Senior pet visits can be arranged upon request.

Now you can book the cutest addition to any celebration.

Weddings. Birthday parties. Anniversaries. Retirement parties. Whatever you’re celebrating, Cuddle Crew brings adoptable puppies or kittens to your event for up to two hours of cuddles, laughter, and photos you’ll actually want to frame. It’s fun. It’s memorable. And it makes a real difference for animals who need the socialization and exposure to potential adopters.

Our team selects up to three puppies or kittens based on availability and temperament. Senior pet snuggles are available upon request (and honestly… they’re the best).

Hosting a community event? We’d love to be there.

PBHSN’s event booths help us connect with neighbors, share our programs and services, and spread the word about the lifesaving work happening right here in our community. Our booths are staffed by trained volunteers who know our mission inside and out, and when possible, we bring along an adoptable animal ambassador (always a crowd favorite).

Help our animals find their people… right at your location.

When you host an adoption event, we bring adoptable pets directly to your business, community space, or gathering, along with a dedicated staff member or volunteer who handles everything. They’ll answer questions, facilitate meet-and-greets, and make sure the experience is seamless for you and meaningful for potential adopters.

A few things we’ll need:

  • Minimum expected attendance of 50 people
  • At least two hours of on-site time
  • A safe, shaded or indoor space with access to tables, chairs, and water

Want to see what happens behind the scenes? We’d love to show you.

Tours offer a firsthand look at the lifesaving work we do every day… from intake and medical care to enrichment, play yards, and our state-of-the-art veterinary facilities. A PBHSN team member will guide you through our Main Campus, including our Yawney Family Veterinary Clinic and (when available) the Patty and Jay Baker Mobile Veterinary Clinic.

Tours last approximately one hour and can accommodate up to seven guests. We kindly ask for a $100 donation per group to help support our programs.

Calling all teachers and educators… we’d love to host your students.

A field trip to PBHSN gives students a behind-the-scenes look at how we rescue, care for, and find homes for animals in need. It’s hands-on learning about animal welfare, empathy, and community responsibility, all in a setting they won’t forget.

Program details:

  • A $245 donation for up to 30 students and 5 chaperones
  • 1.5 hours of programming
  • Located at our Main Campus (370 Airport Pulling Road North, Naples, FL 34104)

Add-on: A Tale for a Tail — For an additional 30 minutes, students can read aloud to our adoptable cats. (Yes, the cats love it. And yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds.)

Want to bring PBHSN to your club, organization, or event? We’d love to come share what we do.

Our Shelter Spotlight presentations last approximately 45 minutes and are designed for adult audiences interested in learning more about our programs, services, and how they can help. We cover everything from our adoption process to our community initiatives to the animals currently in our care.

We kindly ask for a $100 donation (or an in-kind donation from our wish list) to support this program. If you’d like us to bring a shelter animal along, an additional $25 donation is requested.
