Patty Baker Humane Society Naples’ satellite adoption center, the von Arx Adoption Center, opened its doors in December 2019. Located at 2400-7 Immokalee Road in the Greentree Center, it allows PBHSN to help even more animals in our community find their forever homes.

Beginning August 1, von Arx is a dedicated adoption center for cats and kittens. The 3,000-square-foot space generously underwritten by Dolph and Sharon von Arx is a natural fit for cats, who settle in and show best in a calmer, cozy retail-style setting, helping them find their families even faster. Dogs are featured at our main Patty Baker Humane Society Naples campus, where they have the space and enrichment they need to thrive.

With bright, open cat rooms, von Arx is designed to give both its resident cats and prospective adopters a positive, welcoming experience one that sets aside any negative stigma still sometimes associated with animal shelters.
